Bringing Relieve Everywhere and Assistance to Humanity
CHUDATS is developed in line with the humanitarian spirit of the mother structure MAHSRA under the concept BREATH which means “Bringing Relieve Everywhere and Assistance to Humanity”.
This projects the promotion of equality and equity among all classes of persons by empowering the least fortunate communities and institutions.
The charity arm of CHUDATS is instituted under the portal menu Community Projects where donations are publicly solicited. Received funds aim at reaching out to the vulnerable masses, strengthening community programs, and building global acceptance for mutual help and assistance for one another.
Important leads in the charity objectives of CHUDATS are highlighted within some or more of the following contexts:
1)
Empowering People and Institutions
The nature of today’s global economy highlights our interdependence and the need for much better interactions and supportive policies. Yet different communities at local, national and global levels have different ways of addressing different challenges. CHUDATS in a lesser momentum than other global programs, is attempting to respond to these and other multifarious and interlinked development challenges. Done mostly by supporting programs that develop the capacity of the concerned people and institutions to improve their lives and accelerate human development.
The community projects platform offers the opportunity for both people and institutions to developed feasible working projects and programs which are in in line with the objectives of meeting development challenges. These projects are published for global appreciation and public support.
While scoping to meet-up with more extensive and more complex development challenges experienced within different communities and institutions, the platform prioritizes programs that aspire to empower vulnerable persons and structures such as orphans, people with disabilities, and most deprived populations.
It is also instituted to empower civil society organizations and programs to improve the socioeconomic well-being of the hard-to-reach communities through education, job creation, resilience building, and community livelihood development.
2)
Creating and Revitalizing Community Development Ideas
Advocacy: The platform, while galvanizing resources in support for the programs aimed at empowering people and institutions, is also dedicated to advocate for marginalized communities by raising awareness, conducting research, and lobbying for policy changes.
Social Justice: As per involvements or existential purpose within community lead development causes, the CHUDATS charity progress goal also extends to promote social justice and legislative improvements that should address issues such as human rights, gender equality, and environmental protection.
Community Development: In helping communities to achieve social change programs through capacity development projects, the platform aspires to promote such communities to develop sustainably by further helping them discover their potential and rely on their own resources.
Skills Development and Service Delivery: CHUDATS charity scope also covers skill development programs to help people gain marketable skills and break free from traditional roles. This intends to build and promote self-reliant community persons, structures and programs that can sustainably provide services to underprivileged populations, such as in healthcare, education, access to clean water, disaster assistance, crises recovery intervention etc.
3)
Direct Service to the Populations
This includes regularly organized fundraising programs to address particular issues investigated and assessed by the CHUDATS community care team, and other emergency needs of general public interest.
Regular Programs:
Due to assessed community needs, upon requests by concerned institutions and/or communities or as deemed necessary for the benefit of the community, action programs or projects can be developed by the CHUDATS care team and published for the general public’s appreciation and support.
Such projects or programs are vast and primed on the existential basis of Service to Humanity. The projects also aim to ascertain that people, even when they are ignorant about their suffering conditions, are made to feel better and offered positive hope in wellbeing. Engagements in some of the regular programs is usually dependent on the context of the needy communities.
Some Reasons for Profiling Regular Programs
General call for public appreciation and support to particular public health concerns and challenges through which public donations can better help address the worsening status quo.
Major humanitarian crises that need sustainable support in diverse forms and from diverse sources.
Periodic provision of nutritional, educational and psychosocial support for the most vulnerable and unfortunate segments of population and communities including: IDPs, prison inmates, orphans, widows, elderly, the on-bed sick, and persons with disabilities.
Periodic provision of capacity development and growth opportunities for other younger humanitarian organisations.

Emergency Interventions:
“No one loves to become a victim of unfortunate natural or manmade situation, yet so many are affected all over. I am nothing without you, seeing you better makes me better, thus I will run to your aid when you are in trouble”.
The nature and qualitative description of an emergency situation may be conceived in different manners and from different perspectives.
Within the context of CHUDATS, it is regarded as:
…the time-abound intervention for a specific time-abound purpose to address a specific issue caused by an unforeseen circumstances and needing urgent attention in order to alleviate the suffering of the victims.
Fire out breaks destroying properties and programs.
Urgent humanitarian crises situations caused by natural disasters.

The CCDA-3 Form
CHUDATS CCDA-3 is instituted in order to govern the relationship and processes involved in the collection, granting and monitoring of public and private philanthropic support acquired through chudats.net and other MAHSRA humanitarian support platforms for benefiting institutions, projects, and/or other community development action plans.
It sets forth a formal philanthropic support agreement undertaken by a benefiting institution, project or program authority and the service provider institution for the achievement of mutual goals and funding needs.
It is further subjected to current and all later updated user policy contents placed on the official CHUDATS website: chudats.net, inclusively, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy, wherein the benefiting institution, project or program authority is considered a “user” of CHUDATS products and service opportunities.
The CCDA-3 authorises the philanthropic partner Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) and/or the business partner MAHSRA INCORPORATE CO LTD, using chudats.net and more, to undertake activities that will generate funds or other resources on behalf of the agreeing and benefiting institution, project, or program authority.
