How can Your Hospital Get Involved in CHUDATS
Conditions for Partaking as a Health Facility
The conditions for health facilities to subscribe or apply and are approved within CHUDATS are governed by Section IV on CHUDATS subscription and usage modalities under the Terms and Conditions.
When the applying health facility fulfils all necessary requirements, before the installation and usage of the system, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) titled CHUDATS Subscription Agreement Memo (CSAM) is presented for signatures between the concerned parties.
The CSAM Presentation
- It is a CHUDATS offered opportunity for subscribed health facilities to enrol and manage all institutional growth and structural monitoring processes, including personnel management, inventory, medical records, pharmacy, subordinate health facilities, appointments, patient identification and continuum care, self-institutional growth assistance projects, patient care public assistance, and more.
- It is drawn up in order to indicate, clarify, and direct the responsibilities of the subscribing health units and CHUDATS services and products provider institution.
- It establishes a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the subscribing health unit and the CHUDATS services and products provider institution.
- It is further subjected to current and all later updated user policy contents placed on the official CHUDATS website: chudats.net, inclusively, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy, wherein the adhering health institution within the context of the MOU is considered a “user” of CHUDATS products and service opportunities.

As one of the charity objectives offered by CHUDATS which aspires to empower institutions, subscribed health facilities or health units are granted the opportunity of developing and publishing projects that can benefit their structures, programs and growth.
As an important condition for subscribing to CHUDATS, after due verification and approval indicated at the level of Section IV on CHUDATS subscription and usage modalities under the Terms and Conditions, each adhering healthcare institutional management is required to sign the CHUDATS Charitable Donations Agreement form (CCDA-2).

- It is an opportunity for subscribed health facilities to build self-institutional growth assistance projects and/or functional programs that need public donations.
- It is drawn-up in order to direct, monitor and evaluate the usage of such donations and also to govern the relationship and processes involved in the collection, granting and monitoring of public and private philanthropic support acquired through CHUDATS platforms, especially the mobile application “Heal the Sick”.
- It sets forth a formal philanthropic support agreement undertaken by a benefiting health institution (subscribed health unit) and the service provider institution (MAHSRA through CHUDATS) for the achievement of mutual goals and funding needs.
- It is further subjected to current and all later updated user policy contents placed on the official CHUDATS website: chudats.net, inclusively, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy, wherein the benefiting health institution is considered a “user” of CHUDATS products and service opportunities.
- It authorises the philanthropic partner Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) and/or the business partner MAHSRA INCORPORATE CO LTD, using chudats.net and more, to undertake activities that will generate funds or other resources on behalf of the agreeing and benefiting health institution.

Assistance to the Sick
Also, as another point of the charity objectives offered by CHUDATS which aspires to empower people, subscribed health facilities or health units are granted the opportunity of identifying vulnerable patients, receiving their consents and publishing the summary information of their health situation in order to receive public donations that should settle the health bills of the consent patients. Governed by section 12 a, b, c and d of CHUDATS Terms and Conditions with respect to category A health credits, each adhering health institutional management is required to sign the CHUDATS Charitable Donations Agreement form (CCDA-1) for assistance to sick patients.

- It is an opportunity for subscribed health facilities to solicit public donations as assistance in settling or paying for admitted and vulnerable patients’ healthcare bills.
